On 11 October 2025, the Varanasi Province of the Indian Missionary Society inaugurated five Community Learning Centres (CLCs) dedicated to the educational support of tribal and rural children. These centres focus on foundational literacy, numeracy, and school-readiness for children who are out of school or at risk of falling behind. Designed as child-friendly and inclusive learning spaces, the CLCs aim to bridge educational gaps and ensure children receive structured support through interactive and activity-based learning.

The Community Learning Centres play a crucial role in strengthening early education, improving learning outcomes, and connecting children to mainstream schooling. Through storytelling, playful learning tools, life skills sessions, and community engagement, the centres promote a supportive environment where children develop confidence and curiosity.
